Tilawa Online Quran Academy (“Tilawa”, “we”, “us”) provides one-to-one online Quran and Arabic lessons. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us.
This website does not have user accounts or a contact form. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, your child’s name and age, the student’s level, your time zone and your phone number.
For enrolled students, we also keep lesson reports and quarterly progress reports.
We use this information to reply to you, arrange trial lessons, schedule lessons, match students with teachers, prepare progress reports and manage payments. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with the teachers assigned to a student and with service providers we use to run lessons and take payments, and only as needed for those purposes.
We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how visitors use this website and to measure our advertising. These tools may use cookies. If we enable them, we will keep this policy up to date.
Many of our students are children. We communicate with parents and guardians and ask parents to arrange lessons for their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by messaging us on WhatsApp.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
